Greenackle was born from a simple idea: to build a small collection of architectural homes - Village with Kindergarten and Cafe - that blend minimalist design with the island’s tropical nature.

Why?
When we first explored homes on Koh Phangan, we noticed that many looked the same — either older houses without a clear style or villas following the now familiar “Bali trend.”
But the island itself deserves something different.
In the future, we imagine this as more than just houses — a small micro-community with shared green spaces, a café, and spaces for families to grow.
Because for us, this is about more than construction — it’s about creating a place where people can slow down, live beautifully, and truly feel at home on Koh Phangan.

Greenackle is the 3rd project of Roman in the island, here Roman is a vision-er to create a boutique village with a school and other infrastructure.
He oversees the technical side of every project, ensuring that each house is built with structural integrity, careful planning, and long-term durability. -
Ksenia EfrimidiPartner and Project Manager
Involved from the design/ concept development to the end of the project, including after sales relationships.
Her approach combines aesthetics with practicality — because good design should support everyday life, not just look good in photos. -
DuangThe Official Landlord, she is involved in help with registrations, authorities and any questions - to reinforce the sense of transparency and trust -
